"In April, 2025, my family and I decided to sell our 106-bed skilled nursing facility in Oswego, IL, after 43 years of service. This was a difficult decision, but we felt that the timing could not be better given all the changes within the industry and an aging physical plant. After considering various alternatives, we decided to list our facility with Senior Living Investment Brokerage, lnc. Their knowledge of our industry and their experience with numerous clients, buyers, and sellers were major factors in listing with SLIB.
