Eagle Court is a Memory Care building designed to maximize water views, creating bright, airy spaces with shared amenities including walking paths, green spaces, and community gathering areas. Eagle Point includes 98 units of independent Living and Assisted Living care plus one guest suite for a total of 99 rooms. Eagle Court offers 28 units of Memory Care. Eagle allows residents to age in-place by moving between the two buildings which are adjacent to one another.

The Seller is a developer based in Wisconsin that is looking to recapitalize through a sale to pursue other development and investment opportunities. The Buyer is a public REIT that will retain the current management company, Lifespark, as the operator.
