About Vince Viverito

Vince Viverito, Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2018. He partners with Jason Punzel, Senior Managing Director, and Matt Alley, Senior Managing Director, on the sale of seniors housing assets in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming, Idaho, Alaska, and the greater Western and Southwest US markets and have closed nearly $1B in Senior Living transactions.

 

Vince earned a degree in Business Management and Organizational Communications from University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He was a center fielder for the baseball team and graduated cum laude as a member of Gamma Pi- Lambda Pi Eta- Communications Honor Society.

 

Vince lives in the northern Chicago suburbs with his wife Jessica, their three daughters, and their dog Griffey. He enjoys snowboarding in the Mountain West, working on his golf game, keeping active at the gym, volunteering his time, and is an avid traveler.
