He earned his degrees from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa after beginning his academic career at The Ohio State University. A former collegiate quarterback, Taylor leverages the discipline and leadership developed on the field in his professional work.

A Wheaton, Illinois, native, Taylor continues to live in his hometown. Outside the office, he enjoys music, attending sporting events, training quarterbacks at the high school and collegiate levels, golfing, and spending time with family.
