Patrick Burke, Executive Vice President, joined SLIB in 2007. Patrick specializes in seniors housing properties of all types, including assisted living facilities, independent living facilities, memory care facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and continuing care retirement communities. He has been involved in over $700,000,000 worth of seniors housing/long-term care transactions. During Patrick’s career at SLIB, he has been involved with numerous receivership/lender driven asset transactions. Patrick has been awarded the National Achievement Award numerous times including 2023.

Patrick earned a degree in Business Marketing from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota and currently resides in the western suburbs of Chicago with his family.
