About Michelle Marzullo

Michelle Marzullo joined SLIB in early 2026 as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for leading the firm’s marketing and communications efforts and enhancing operational efficiencies. She works closely with leadership to develop and execute initiatives that allow SLIB to provide optimal outcomes for its clients. Prior to SLIB, Michelle was Chief of Staff at a healthcare real estate advisory firm and held marketing roles in both agency and corporate settings.

Michelle received a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, and discovered her love of travel while completing a study abroad program in Greece. She resides in Elmhurst, Illinois, with her husband, Gio, and two children, Remy and Sylvie. In her free time, Michelle enjoys cooking, gardening, and planning family field trips.
