About Daniel Geraghty

Daniel Geraghty, Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2014. Along with national/institutional investors, Dan focuses his efforts in the Southeastern United States, where he has partnered with Brad Clousing, Senior Managing Director, on the sale of over $2.6 Billion of senior assets.

Dan earned a degree in Business Marketing and Sports Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, MN. He was a four-year Athlete on the Saint Mary’s University NCAA baseball team.

He resides in Chicago, IL, with his wife, Lauren, and their two children, Emma and Jack. He is, unfortunately, a devoted Chicago sports fan. In his spare time, he enjoys playing golf and spending quality moments with family and friends. Additionally, he is an active supporter of Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
