About Adam Terrini

Adam Terrini recently joined Senior Living Investment Brokerage as an Analyst, bringing a background in finance and project management. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Wheaton College, where he also played collegiate football. Adam works on the Western U.S. team, overseeing financial underwriting and providing high-level analysis for Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) and Offering Memorandums (OMs) for each property.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys staying active— hiking, playing tennis with his wife, or spending time outdoors with their dog. He’s also an avid reader, a Chicago sports fan, and loves traveling. When he’s not exploring new places, Adam values time with family and friends.
