Vince Viverito, Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2018. He partners with Jason Punzel, Senior Managing Director, & Matt Alley, Senior Managing Director, on the sale of seniors housing assets in Colorado, Utah, Nevada, New Mexico, Wyoming, Idaho, Montana, Alaska and the greater Western & Southwest US markets and have closed over $800 million in Senior Living transactions.
Vince earned a degree in Business Management & Organizational Communications from University of Wisconsin-Parkside. He was a center fielder for the baseball team and graduated cum laude as a member of Gamma Pi- Lambda Pi Eta- Communications Honor Society.
Vince lives in the northern Chicago suburbs with his wife Jessica, their two daughters, and their dog Griffey. He enjoys snowboarding in the mountain west, working on his golf game, keeping active at the gym, volunteering his time and is an avid traveler. Connect with Vince on LinkedIn here.
