Toby Siefert

Managing Director

Toby Siefert, Managing Director, joined SLIB in early 2011. He primarily focusses on transactions located throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England states, and has participated in the sale of more than 85 seniors housing communities.

Toby graduated with honors from Taylor University in Upland, Indiana with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

He lives in Wheaton, IL with his wife and four children. He is actively involved in his Church and enjoys training for his next triathlon.
