Ryan Saul, Managing Director, joined SLIB in January of 2000. Accomplishments include Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent numerous times. Ryan’s dedication to the industry has led to over 350 Long-Term Care and Senior Housing facilities sold totaling over $2,500,000,000 in transactions across 31 states.

Ryan earned a BA in Business Administration and Finance from the University of St. Francis and was captain of the baseball team.

He lives in Batavia, IL with his wife Brenda and three children, Charlie, Henry, and Sadie. They enjoy playing baseball, basketball, fishing, and cheering on the Chicago White Sox.
