Senior Managing Director
Matthew Alley, Senior Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2006. Since then, he has worked on the sale of over 210 facilities and over $1.1 billion of seniors assets with a focus on Texas where he has sold over 170 properties.
Matthew earned his BSBA in Finance and Accounting with a Magna Cum Laude distinction and played four years of varsity football at Washington University in St. Louis.
He lives in St. Louis, MO with his wife and four children. He is an avid golfer, actively involved in his church, Africa New Life Ministries and coaching youth sports. He is also involved with the Kansas and Missouri Chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF)
