Daniel Geraghty

Managing Director

Daniel Geraghty, Managing Director, joined SLIB in 2014. Along with national/institutional investors, Dan focuses his efforts in the southeast, where he has partnered with Brad Clousing, Senior Managing Director, on the sale of over $2.6 Billion of senior assets.

Dan earned a degree in Business Marketing and Sports Management from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in Winona, MN. He was a four-year Athlete on the Saint Mary’s University NCAA baseball team.

Dan lives in Chicago, IL, with his wife, Lauren, and daughter, Emma. He is a devoted Chicago sports fan, unfortunately. He enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends in his free time. He is also an active supporter of Mercy Home for Boys and Girls.
