The residential care facility is a 32 bed/20 unit facility built in 1995. It is one-story building comprised of approximately 12,000 square feet on 1.12 acres. The combined census at the time of the sale was near 92%. The Seller is a local health system and divested of the assets to focus on its core businesses.
