After attending this year’s NIC Conference, it became abundantly clear that money (both debt and equity) are chasing nursing home and seniors housing deals. Everywhere you turned, there were lenders and equity players looking for opportunities to place capital. Times are good, real good, but how long will it last? That is the question.
