The Process
This transaction allowed the Operator to quickly exit the only facility it operated in Texas. The deal leveraged SLIB’s local focus as the Purchaser is an owner-operator with a smaller platform in the Dallas / Fort Worth area. SLIB generated six competitive offers, and the transaction closed within three months of signing the PSA.
The Result
The Seller group was a publicly-traded investment company, and the Buyer is a local owner-operator. The Buyer groups looks forward to investing in this community and stabilizing internal operations to build census and add further value to the community.
