The purpose-built facility was built in 2001 and is situated on approximately eight acres. The Seller was a private equity partnership that had concluded their designated hold period for this asset. The Seller made extensive capital improvements to the community while stabilizing the operations.

SLIB procured multiple bids, ultimately selecting a Buyer, a publicly traded REIT, with an established footprint in New Jersey. The Buyer chose a prominent Northeast-based operator with whom they have a well-established relationship.
