Colton Yapoujian

Analyst

Colton Yapoujian, Analyst, joined SLIB in 2024. Colton works with Jason Punzel, Vince Viverito, Brad Goodsell, and Jake Anderson on the Western US team, and oversees the financial underwriting process and high-level analysis for the BOVs and OMs of each property. 

Colton earned a Bachelor of Science from Industrial and Labor Relations at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY with a minor in Business. While at Cornell, Colton was on the varsity Wrestling team and was a part of the leadership team for the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) on campus.

 Colton lives in Glendale Heights, IL with his wife. Colton is an avid sports fan, cheering for the Colorado Buffaloes, Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and Denver Nuggets. He also loves staying active in the gym, being outdoors, and spending time with family.
